Welcome to LEO Engraving (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LEO Engraving provides professional laser engraving services for industrial, commercial, and individual clients. All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.


3. Custom Orders

All custom engraving orders must be approved by the customer prior to production, including review of digital proofs, dimensions, material selection, and compliance markings. Once approved and in production, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or error caused by LEO Engraving.

4. NFA Compliance

We offer engraving services to meet National Firearms Act (NFA) requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all legal requirements are met for their specific firearm. LEO Engraving is not liable for any legal issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on our site are the property of LEO Engraving and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

6. Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary by order size and customization. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Refunds & Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom items are non-returnable unless a defect or error is confirmed.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

LEO Engraving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

11. Legal Use & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and use the items requested.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pima County, Arizona, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
