Turnaround times vary depending on project size and complexity. Most standard orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Rush services are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Do you accept small or one-off orders?
Yes, we welcome both small and large volume orders. Whether you’re looking for a single personalized item or a production run, we’re here to help.
What types of materials can you engrave or cut?
We work with a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, wood, glass, leather, and select laser-safe composites. If you’re unsure about your material, feel free to contact us for verification.
Do you offer blank products for sale?
We carry a limited selection of blank items and maintain a steady stock of laser-safe acrylic sheet material for engraving and cutting. However, as a laser job shop, our specialty is engraving customer-supplied items to exact specifications.
Do you engrave on leather?
We do. We can engrave or mark a variety of leathers, including veg-tan, chrome-tanned, and finished hides. Results vary by type and finish. Sample testing is available upon request.
Do you engrave on jewelry?
Yes, we specialize in laser engraving on jewelry including rings, pendants, bracelets, and watches. Depending on the metal, we offer deep engraving, surface marking, and annealing.
How much does engraving cost?
Pricing depends on material, size, design complexity, and quantity. Contact us with your project details and we’ll provide a custom quote.
What kind of laser systems do you use?
LEO Engraving uses industrial-grade laser systems, including fiber lasers (for metals and plastics) and CO₂ lasers (for wood, acrylic, leather, and glass). Our equipment allows for both precision marking and high-efficiency cutting.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We can help turn your ideas into production-ready artwork, or clean up and format existing designs for optimal engraving results.
Can I provide my own artwork?
Absolutely. Vector files (such as .AI, .SVG, or .EPS) work best, but we can often convert raster images (.JPG, .PNG) as well.
